Wave Wall

The wave wall production line within ARES METAL enables the manufacturing of corrugated walls used in distribution and power transformers with high precision and quality standards.

Equipped with CNC control and a hydraulic system, all operations in our production line are managed through a centralized control panel, ensuring an efficient and automated production process.

Production Process

1. Coil Sheet Uncoiler: Automatically unwinds the coil sheet to initiate the production process.
2. Folding Unit: Shapes the sheet into a corrugated form using a precision blade system.
3. Cutting Machine: Cuts corrugated wall sections into required dimensions with high accuracy.
4. Automatic Seam Welding: Joins the edges of corrugated walls using robotic welding technology.
5. Strip Application: Applies strips to maintain consistent spacing between segments.
6. Spot Welding Unit: Performs point welding to stabilize corrugated wall components.
7. Edge Bending Process: Applies edge bending at angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, and 180° based on customer requirements.
8. Rod Welding Application: Welds round rods to increase structural strength and prevent deformation.
